Hot on the heels of some other well known makes comes the Samsung Tocco – another touch screen mobile phone that has worked hard to pack this many features in.
The 5 megapixel camera comes with a 4x zoom, along with several options if you want to get creative with your photos. The Samsung Tocco lets you present pictures in sepia if you really want to. And with additional features such as face detection to make sure every picture of your mates comes out just right, you’ll be a better photographer in no time. Oh and if that wasn’t enough, you’ve got a great video camera function as well to capture things on the move.
The 2.8 inch screen is impressively colourful, and takes up much of the front of the handset. There’s no integrated keyboard here – instead you’ve got touch screen options and the ability to make the features you want appear, and the ones you won’t use disappear. As such the widgets that make this possible can turn every single Samsung Tocco into the exact phone the user wants and needs.
There’s the ability to go online as well of course, which is made much easier by the size of the screen. Emailing on the move is perfectly possible and very enjoyable with the Tocco. If you’re used to a traditional push button handset you might be surprised by how easy the touch screen is to get the hang of.
The phone only comes in black but it just means you can appreciate the LCD screen with its 256K colors even more. In short, the more you get used to this phone the more reasons you will find to keep it out of your pocket and in action. The Samsung Tocco is an impressive entry into the touch screen arena, and has enough features to convert even more people to the joys of this type of mobile phone.
