Sony Ericsson C905 - It Thinks It’s A Professional Camera

And actually, it really is. The Sony Ericsson C905 Cybershot mobile phone is about to hit the market, and it’s likely that it will receive a lot of attention from photographers all across the country.
This phone doesn’t just pack a standard camera on board – it’s got an 8.1 megapixel camera complete with a Xenon zoom. Now that’s some serious hardware to pack into a mobile phone that only measures just over ten centimetres long.
But there’s plenty here for the music lovers as well. In fact the C905 is causing quite a stir among several circles of interest, so it looks as if Sony Ericsson has got the balance just right with this one.
We’re entering new territory with this mobile phone though. It even looks like a camera from the rear, which means it takes its responsibility to photographers seriously. Quite what they will think of it will be very interesting to see when it finally hits the shops.

LG Renoir - Another quality handset joins 3's line-up

While it’s true that people are demanding more and more from their phones these days, there’s no doubt that the LG Renoir delivers on everything – and adds a lot more in besides.
You might miss the standard keypad to begin with, but this mobile phone has the delights of a touch screen to get used to. Now if that doesn’t make you forget that those little keypads ever existed, I don’t know what will.
Pick it up the normal way and it’s a mobile phone. Turn it on its side and hold it like a camera... and hey, it IS a camera. An eight megapixel camera (yes, we did say 8 MegaPixel) with zoom, too.
You might think this handset is guilty of trying to pack too much in, but then if it succeeds in doing so (and it clearly has), what’s wrong with that?
